These were pictures taken at the Citadel, a military fort built in the 1800s. It was a beautiful place, full of Canadian history. We saw the changing of the guard, which changes every hour. The guard posted outside the Citadel is not allowed to speak, and can only move 7 times during the hour he is on duty. Pretty impressive, huh? There was also a guy posted along the fort wall above the gate (where Kevin is standing in the picture below), playing the bagpipes. It was a very special place..there was something sacred about it.
